The CEMA in Dakar

The Club of Monegasque Entrepreneurs in Africa visited Senegal in Dakar from 24 to 27 October 2017 for its third international mission.

After Kinshasa in 2015 and Abidjan in 2016, the CEMA went to Dakar from 24 to 27 October 2017.

This association, created three years ago with the support of FEDEM (Federation of Monegasque Enterprises) and MEB (Monaco Economis Board), bring together 19 Monegasque companies from all sectors of activity and active in more than 45 African countries.

It aims to strengthen links between its members, share experiences and good practices, and foster contacts with African economic players.

Ascoma, a founding member of CEMA, and actively present in Senegal, where its subsidiary has more than 30 employees, was represented by its President, Hervé Husson, and its Group Managing Director, Serge D’Alessandro.

The Club was able to meet the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Senegal, comprising many iconic players in their professions, during a B2B day and to visit some remarkable local companies such as Les Grands Moulins of Dakar or Patisen.
