International Business Internship
For several years, Ascoma, through its French offices, has included an international business internship in its human resources policy.
The advantage of this business internship is that it trains a young graduate in one of our jobs, so we can get an idea of their potential over a long period with a view to possible employment, but in all cases, to provide the graduate with a rewarding professional work experience placement abroad.
With the support of UBIFRANCE, several young insurance graduates have already joined our offices in Gabon, Cameroon and Madagascar for assignments lasting anywhere from 12 to 24 months. Some have been employed as executives following their assignment.
